You can only Contract this Page when an opposing Caster Contracts a Spell.
After that Spell resolves, if two or more spirit Beasties you controlled were Destroyed by the Effect of that Spell, place those Beasties into the Arena Fatigued. You may destory an opposing Beastie for each Spirit Beastie returned this way.
Some Beasties were strong enough to have a Magical presence on both sides of the Veil. And very few Beasties could traverse the Veil at their convenience.
