Place X Spark Counters on Dingbelle where X. All electronic devices must be put out of eyesight while Dingbelle is in the Arena. If an electronic device is used, the Caster who uses it is dealt 50 Damage each turn it is used (does not stack if you have multiple Dingbelles in the Arena).
